1 BEDROOM- W/ends $250.00 per night – mid week $200 per night.
2 BEDROOMS- W/ends $300 per night Mid/week $250 per night.

25th April to start of Sept school holidays:
1 BEDROOM- W/ends $200.00 per night – mid week $160.00 per night.
2 BEDROOMS- W/ends $250 per night- midweek $200.00 per night.

Start of Sept school holidays to 20th Dec:
1 BEDROOM- W/ends $250.00 per night – mid week $200.00 per night.
2 BEDROOMS – W/ends $300.00 per night – Midweek $250.00 per night.

BOOKINGS ARE CONFIRMED ON RECEIPT OF 25% DEPOSIT.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposit is only refunded if property is re booked, minus $25.00 administration fee.
